Terrell Mosley
Terrell Mosley is a Legal Assistant / Community Outreach Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project. Having been falsely accused as a teenager, Terrell’s introduction to the criminal justice system began at an early age. After receiving a degree in criminal justice, he began working with individuals and their families who were impacted by incarceration — something he takes great pride in. Terrell credits PILP with affording him the opportunity to further advocate for the voiceless, as well as bring awareness to our prison systems. He was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. He is the father to four beautiful children — two boys and two girls. He is a CFRS(certified family recovery specialist), as well as a Reentry Coordinator.
